Self Harm Emergencies (SHE)
This course prepares individuals on how to correctly navigate and support situations in which, an unresponsive or responsive casualty is located in self-harms incidents.
From ligatures, overdoses and chemical consumptions this course provides learners with the knowledge and understanding to be the first person on scene at a self-harm incident.

- Naloxone (Narcan) administration.
- Casualty assessment.
- Managing an unresponsive casualty.
- Risk assessments.
- Priorities as the first person on scene.
- Recovery position.
- Unsuspended Ligature removal.
- Scene preservation.
- Poisons and Overdoses.
- Management of bleeding.
- Incident reporting.

- Ongoing Assessment by the instructor of candidates practical skills.
- MCQ Theory-based assessment.
