Flat Stan Workshop - For Children

Course Details:

The Flat Stan workshop is a one day course aimed at primary schools, sports clubs and children’s groups. It features fun, child-friendly, workbooks and a host of interactive sessions which include performing CPR on the Flat Stan manikin.

What Is Flat Stan?

Flat Stan is a nationally delivered First Aid workshop that has been specifically created for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years old. Our Flat Stan workshop covers a variety of must-know topics including “When and how to call 999” and “How to perform CPR” as well as a host of other great information about dealing with burns and bleeds. First Aid training also fits into the school curriculum, particularly for Early Years Foundation, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.

Assessment:

This course is aimed at children of Primary School age and as such is not assessed, however, children participating will be awarded a high-quality Flat Stan first aid certificate, sticker and a copy of the Flat Stan book of first aid.

Accreditation:

This course is non-accredited but is supported by the First Aid Industry Body and Association of First Aiders.
