Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this course best suited for?

This course is ideal for workplace settings that require a dedicated first‑aider capable of supporting a small team, or for organizations that wish to complement their existing First Aid at Work responders with additional staff trained in emergency procedures.

The natural next step after completing this course is the First Aid at Work (FAW) course. This comprehensive, three‑day course expands on a broader range of health topics and includes Life‑Saving Bleeding as a standard component on our courses.
It is especially well suited for individuals working in high‑risk environments.

If you prefer a more streamlined option, we recommend the Basic Life Support (BLS) course. It delivers all essential core components, like CPR and Defibrillation, while keeping the material concise and focused.
